Before establishing Garcia, Valley & Associates, I was a Top Producer with Century 21 McLennan & Company.  For the three years I was working there, I was consistently honored as one of the top 2% in the country (Centurion Awards).

Also, I have been recognized  as a Top Producer by the Northeast  Association of Realtors, as well as earning multiple awards, one being Rookie of the year 2002.

Since setting out on my own, I have continued to uphold the same standard of productivity, having closed over 100 transactions in the last two years.

Aside from the standard formal education and courses required to obtain a Real Estate license, I hold a BA degree in Accounting.
